**Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LPP, LCSW)**
**Location:** Kentucky
**Compensation:** $115,000 – $120,000 annually
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

**Position Summary:**
This role offers a licensed mental health professional (LMFT, LPCC, LPP, or LCSW) the opportunity to provide comprehensive telehealth services to individuals across Kentucky. The position centers on conducting detailed assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and facilitating therapy sessions in a secure virtual environment. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform diagnostic evaluations and formulate individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

- Maintain complete and compliant clinical documentation within electronic health records

**Requirements**

- Current, unrestricted license in Kentucky as an LMFT, LPCC, LPP, or LCSW

- Proficient in using electronic medical records and telehealth systems
