**Licensed Professional Counselor | Remote Full-Time Opening**

**Location:** Arkansas
**Setting:** Remote/Telehealth
**Position:** Full-Time
**Salary:** $115,000 to $120,000 a year
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an LPC to join a remote behavioral health team providing therapy through telehealth. The position focuses on direct counseling, clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation. You will help clients navigate mental health concerns, strengthen coping skills, and work toward realistic treatment goals in a virtual care environment. This is a full-time opportunity for a licensed clinician who wants a straightforward schedule and consistent patient interaction.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct virtual counseling sessions using an approved telehealth platform
- Assess emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
- Create and update individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, organized, and timely client documentation
- Provide ongoing therapeutic support and intervention
- Monitor outcomes and adjust counseling strategies when needed

**Requirements**

- Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arkansas
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations
- Strong written documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records
